Estimates and Scope of Work
We provide a written estimate before work begins. The estimate describes the work as we understand it at the time of inspection.
Gas line work sometimes uncovers conditions that were not visible during the initial inspection, such as additional corrosion, unexpected line routing, undocumented previous repairs, or damage found once excavation begins. Where that happens, we will stop, explain what we have found, and provide a revised written estimate for your approval before continuing.
No additional work is performed without your approval.
Scheduling and Access
Service timing depends on availability, weather, ground conditions, permitting and inspection schedules, and utility response times. We give realistic windows rather than optimistic ones, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, the meter, and any gas appliances that require testing or relighting. Some work requires an adult aged 18 or over to be present.
Permits and Inspections
We pull the required permit and arrange the city inspection as part of the work. Permit and inspection timelines are controlled by the relevant authority, not by us, and we cannot guarantee how quickly an inspector will attend.
Restoration of gas service and relighting of appliances after a meter shutoff is performed by the gas utility, not by us. Their scheduling is outside our control.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate and invoice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising out of the services or your use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost income, lost sale proceeds, or costs arising from delays in permitting or utility restoration.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

References on this site to utilities, city departments, news outlets, manufacturers or other third parties are for information only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or any commercial relationship.
